The Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is an organization made up of professional women involved in the food, beverage and hospitality industries.  

Les Dames d'Escoffier LA/OC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Contributions to us are tax-deductible. We give generously to a few local charities and participate in LDEI initiatives like Green Tables and The Global Initiative.
We arrange for volunteering and mentoring opportunities throughout the year.
